For Renewable Energy generators

1. Facilitation of sale of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) on power exchange
2. Facilitation of sale of renewable energy under bilateral contracts to obligated entities

For Open Access consumers

1. Facilitation of purchase of Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) on power exchange
2. Facilitation of purchase of Renewable Energy under bilateral contracts
